Complete 70 intentional miles in this on-your-own challenge to earn this groovy 3 inch 70s theme medal complete with glittery disco ball spinner! (The disco ball is a flat spinner medal.)

All miles count: run, walk, bike, swim, row. You can take as long as you need to complete this challenge. And since it is for total miles completed, you may count one-time races (like 5Ks and 10Ks) in the overall total.

We work on the honor system, so you do not have to report your miles to get your medal.
