This challenge is not a race. It is a motivational way for you to establish and/or maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. How and when you complete the miles is up to you.

Log opens Jan 1, 2025. Begin anytime on or after that date.

There are no deadlines to complete our challenges. You may count any and all distance-based fitness activities such as walking, running, cycling, skiing, swimming, etc.
