Refund policy
For orders that have not yet been processed, refunds for unshipped items will be given upon written request of order cancellation, minus a 5% restock fee.*
We will accept returns or exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging.
Return/exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of receipt (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) and shipped back to us within 5 days of submission to qualify for a refund/exchange. Exchanges must also be preauthorized to ensure the desired replacement size is in stock.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
- Please allow 5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- You will receive an email to confirm the refund has been initiated. Refund credits are made to your original form of payment and may take several business days to appear in your account based on your bank's processing times.
