Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services.

You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP to a Run Motivators marketing message. You may receive a final confirmation message after opting out.

Run Motivators Services and virtual events are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18 through event registration.

If an adult purchaser chooses to allow a minor to participate in or receive an event, challenge, or associated reward purchased by the adult, the adult remains responsible for that decision and should not create an account or submit personal information to Run Motivators in the minor's name.

If we learn that personal information from a person under 18 has been submitted directly to us without appropriate authorization, we may delete the information as appropriate.
