The Summer of Strength Series is a flexible 60-mile fitness challenge made up of six individual 10-mile challenges, each representing a powerful word of strength. Complete them throughout the summer while building momentum, confidence, and endurance.
The challenge log opens on the first day of Summer — June 21st. While the goal is to finish before the end of summer, Run Motivators challenges are always flexible, so you can participate anytime and move at the pace that works best for you.
Walk, run, hike, bike, swim, or move in any way that fits your goals. Every mile counts.

ABOUT THE SHIRTS:
- Shirts and tanks are pre-shrunk, super soft and lightweight. May be tri-blend (cotton, poly, rayon), or poly/cotton blend. Sizes 5X and 6X may be 100% cotton or blends depending on availability.
- Please refer to charts below and compare measurements to one of your current favorite-fit shirts for best sizing. Sizes noted are for the garment itself. If you prefer a looser fit, size up accordingly.
- Size charts are in inches.
- PLEASE NOTE that bra size is not true bust size. Please measure bust at widest point and add a few inches to ensure best fit.
