One Million Steps Fall Challenge

One season. One million steps. One incredible goal.

Step into fall with a BIG goal! The One Million Steps Fall Challenge is all about staying active, building consistency, and seeing just how far all those little steps can take you.

The suggested challenge dates are September 1 through December 21, giving you the entire fall season to reach 1,000,000 steps. That averages out to just under 9,000 steps per day.

But this challenge is designed to work for YOU.

Start anytime on or after September 1 and take as long as you need to finish. Walk around the neighborhood, hit the treadmill, hike the trails, walk the dog, rack up steps at work, or simply count all the movement that happens during your everyday life. Every step counts!

Track it Your Way

Our optional manual online log will open September 1 for anyone who would like to track their progress through Run Motivators. But using the log is completely optional.

Prefer your watch or fitness tracker? Great. Want to write your steps on a calendar or keep a running total in a notebook? That works too!

We work on the honor system. Keep track of your steps however you'd like and complete the challenge at your own pace.

ABOUT THE SHIRTS
• 100% combed and ring-spun cotton OR Heather colors are cotton/polyester blends
• Light weight and soft fabric
• Pre-shrunk fabric
