The I WILL RISE Challenge begins Jan 1, 2025. This is designed to be a year-long challenge. Recommended completion date is Dec 31, 2025, but you can take longer, if needed.

online OPTIONAL manual log access with downloadable tracker you can print and color as you complete the miles
downloadable finisher certificate upon completing your goal

ABOUT THE SHIRTS:

Shirts and tanks are pre-shrunk, super soft and lightweight. May be tri-blend (cotton, poly, rayon), or poly/cotton blend.
Please refer to charts below and compare measurements to one of your current favorite-fit shirts for best sizing. Sizes noted are for the garment itself. If you prefer a looser fit, size up accordingly. Please remember that bra sizes are NOT actual bust size as they only measure rib cage and not fullest chest width!
