Is this a subscription?
No. While the unboxing experience will be similar to what you would expect from a subscription box, the Rise and Conquer Crate is a one-time-only purchase. There are no recurring charges and nothing to cancel.
Is there a deadline to complete the challenge?
No. Our challenges are open-ended so that you can choose your own goal completion date.
When will I receive my order?
The items inside the Rise and Conquer Crate are designed to be finisher rewards for the challenge. You can expect your box to ship approximately 4 weeks from the challenge start date, thus giving you a head start on working toward challenge completion before you receive the rewards.
When do the challenges begin?
The challenges inside the Rise and Conquer Crate begin on the first of the month on an every-other-month basis: January 1, March 1, May 1, July 1, September 1, and November 1. Each challenge is 100 miles/160 km.
When does registration end?
Registrations for the Rise and Conquer Crate close out approximately 5 days after the challenge start date or upon sellout, whichever comes first. Crates are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional crates MAY be available at a premium a few weeks after preorders ship, but this is never a guarantee. Early preregistration is recommended so you don't miss out!
