HOW IT WORKS

This challenge is fully customizable to fit your personal fitness goals. Use the log to set your target in miles, kilometers, or steps—whatever works best for you. Track your progress at your own pace and take as much time as you need to reach your goal. You can also edit or adjust your goals along the way, ensuring the challenge supports your unique journey to success.

Log opens on the first of the month for each respective monthly challenge.
