Move Your BOOty 30 mile challenge
This is a October virtual fitness challenge designed to kick off your Fall fitness routine. The goal is to complete a minimum of one mile per day and aim to complete the challenge in 30 days or less.
The log for this event opens on OCTOBER 1st.
All distance-based activities count. Run, walk, cycle, swim, row, etc. Begin on any day you'd like.

HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Sign Up
Register by adding this item to your cart and completing the checkout process.
Step 2: Join the Private Facebook Group (optional)
Check your order confirmation email for the link. Check in to the group often to stay motivated and on track.
Step 3: Log Your Miles
Begin logging your miles on or after October 1st. The object of this challenge is to complete the 30 miles in 30 days or less, but there are no deadlines.
This challenge is flexible. You can run, walk, bike, swim, row, etc. All distance-based fitness activities count.
Step 4: Download your finisher certificate
If you use our online results log, you will have the option to download a finisher's certificate upon completion.
